For more than 20 years, he assists actors from the financial sector, start-ups and entrepreneurs on their exceptional transactions as well as on their day-to-day tax management (digitalization, tax consulting and planning, tax audits and litigation).
Often involved on the tax aspects of the structuring of domestic and international transactions (investments, financing and transfer of assets), Jean has developed a complementary legal expertise which enables him to provide full tax and legal solutions to his clients.
Regularly intervening for insurers, asset managers and bankers, Jean also has a specific expertise as regards insurance and social protection activities (taxation of enterprises, investments and products) and is fully aware of the regulatory, legal and tax constraints applicable to this sector.
