In the pursuit of the international development of Sagasser law firm, Teimour Agaev joins us as a partner and more particularly integrates the Corporate law and Mergers & Acquisitions departments.
Admitted to the Moscow Bar in 2002 and to the Paris Bar in 2008, Teimour Agaev is a graduate of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (2001 and 2002) and the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2004).
Teimour Agaev joins us after having been a partner for ten years in the Paris office of KAMS, a law firm focusing on relations between France and Russia, of which he was co-founder. Prior to that, he had practiced for four years in the areas of corporate law and mergers & acquisitions with the law firm Cohen Amir-Aslani.
His expertise in Franco-Russian relations covers corporate law, commercial law, mergers & acquisitions and intellectual property.
Teimour Agaev regularly advises foreign clients, particularly Russian-speaking clients, in connection with their establishment and investments in France. He also assists individuals in the management of their private assets, in particular for real estate acquisitions, personal taxation and the anticipation of the transfer of their assets. Teimour Agaev will continue to participate in the activities of the Moscow office, in particular in supporting French and foreign companies in Russia.
