Teimour Agaev is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted to the Moscow Bar in 2002 and to the Paris Bar in 2008, partner in Sagasser and in KAMS Moscow.
He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, business and private asset structuring, taxation of individuals, wealth management law and intellectual property including copyright law and trademarks with an emphasis on complex cross-border and international transactions.
Over the last 15 years Teimour Agaev has been advising companies and private clients on a vast range of legal aspects related to investments in France and assisting foreign and multinational companies in their establishment and development in Russia.
Teimour Agaev is a graduate from the Moscow State University of International Relations and the University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
Prior to joining Sagasser, Teimour was a cofounder and a managing partner of a French-Russian law firm with offices in Paris and Moscow, and previously worked in the Paris office of a renowned French law firm.
