Oscar Lefeuvre is a French Lawyer, associate within Sagasser’s M&A and tax law departments.
His practice covers company law, acquisitions, corporate restructuring and the setting-up of joint ventures, both in France and abroad, as well as advising French early-stage entities in the legal aspects of their growth and capital management.
Having been educated both in France and the UK, he has developed a particular expertise in transactions and operations involving common law countries/activities/assets.
He also has some experience in art law, having worked at auction houses in London and Paris. This includes issues in relation with art taxation, import and export of cultural goods, as well as estate planning involving artworks.
